The champagne presents a deep gold hue with a string of delicate fine bubbles, resembling a golden necklace in the glass. Its nose is intense and expressive, showcasing beautiful maturity with notes of dried fruits like raisins and candied orange pekoe, complemented by subtle hints of dried flowers upon aeration. On the palate, it is ample and well-balanced, dominated by creamy apricots and a touch of nut, followed by a more rounded mouthfeel of beeswax and mild aromatic spices such as nutmeg and blood orange. The experience is enhanced by a very long finish.
