All withdrawal requests can be conveniently made online. Simply sign in to your account and go to the My Cellar page where you can send your withdrawal request under Inventory & Movement. Customers have the option of picking up the wines at our warehouse or having the wines delivered to an designated address in the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories using one delivery token. For any delivery to the Lautau or outlying Islands or if there is no delivery token remaining in the account, a delivery fee will be charged to your account. For all withdrawals, we may require up to 4 working days to process your requests.
All withdrawal requests can be conveniently made online. Simply sign in to your account and go to the My Cellar page where you can send your withdrawal request under Inventory & Movement. Customers have the option of shipping the wines to Hong Kong or to another destination subject to shipping fee, taxes and customs duties. When wines are withdrawn, unless they are exported or transferred to another bonded warehouse, duty and VAT are charged at the prevailing rate on the original cost of your wine. All withdrawals in Bordeaux can only be done by cases. Please note that in bond transfers incur a ___ administrative charge for the first case and then___ for each additional case. For all withdrawals, we may require up to 5 working days to process your requests.
