Delivery

Customers can pick up their orders from our warehouse at [address] during business hours (9am to 6pm Monday to Friday), a customer service representative will be in touch when the orders are ready for pick-up.

Local Delivery is free of charge to customers located in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories (except Lantau and the Outlying Islands) for orders of HK$1,500.00 or above per delivery address. Additional charges will be payable by the Customer for deliveries to addresses where lift access is not possible. For deliveries to the Lantau and the Outlying Islands, additional delivery fee will apply. Orders below HK$1,500.00 will be charged at the prevailing delivery rates, which will be quoted prior to delivery. For online orders, any additional charges where applicable will be calculated during check-out.

If the customer is not in when we try to deliver or if the address provided is incorrect, we will be in touch and rearrange delivery which may be subject to a re-delivery fee. If you would like to have the wines delivered to the management office of your building or to leave the wines at the door, please make a remark on the check-out page or contact our customer service representative.

Ideas: the driver will leave a note to let you know they tried to make a delivery. The note will explain how the customer can rearrange delivery.

We can facilitate shipping to most countries, please contact our Customer Service team for any international delivery request. For orders to be shipped outside of Hong Kong, we can facilitate customers to arrange for shipping and provide a copy of the purchase invoice to carriers for use in determining foreign taxes and duties. All shipping charges, applicable duties and taxes, and any special packaging will be payable by customers. For the relevant terms and conditions, please refer to our T&C.

We will always do our best to cater for any amendments. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as you know you’d like to make a change and we will try to deal with your request; however, depending on how close to completion your order is, it might not always be possible.
