Wine Storage

We can offer storage services at our state-of-the-art warehouses in both France and Hong Kong at competitive rates. All our storage facilities are secured with temperature and humidity control.

Your wines stored with us are covered by our group insurance for added peace of mind.

Storage in France via our online platform is only available for wines purchased by case during En Primeur.

You will need to have an Omtis Account in order to then upgrade your account to include our storage services. Your storage account, once set up, is managed via your online portal.

All withdrawal requests can be conveniently made online. Simply sign in to your account and go to the My Cellar page where you can request withdrawal via the Inventory & Actions sub-tab. You have the option of picking up the wines at our warehouse or having the wines delivered to a designated address located on the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (except Lantau and the Outlying Islands) subject to a delivery fee of $150 per delivery point. Alternatively, you may use a delivery token from your storage account to redeem for a local delivery.

Delivery to Lantau and Ma Wan is subject to an additional delivery fee of $200 per delivery point. Delivery to other Outlying Islands may be available upon request. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to addresses where lift access is not available.

We may require up to 5 working days to process your requests.

Customers have the option of shipping the wines to a designated address in Hong Kong or our Hong Kong storage facilities.

Withdrawals from France can only be done by case.

Please consider shipping lead-time, which may be up to three months via consolidated sea shipment.

You will be billed in arrears at the beginning of each month, with the following rates.

In France*

Storage:

HK$2.00

per liter per month (calculated on pro rata per day)

Insurance:

0.30%

per annum (calculated on pro rate per day) based on the monthly market value of your wine or documented cost if market value is not available

In Hong Kong

Storage:

HK$2.00

per liter per month (calculated on pro rata per day)

Insurance:

0.30%

per annum (calculated on pro rate per day) based on the monthly market value of your wine or documented cost if market value is not available

Yes. The monthly minimum charge storing wine with us is HK$4.00.
